As part of its employment practice, Mobilization for Justice provides advice, counsel and representation to help low-wage and immigrant workers (regardless of immigration status) who are injured at work, or who face unsafe or unhealthy job conditions, including with:

  • Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Medical leave and disability accommodations
  • Disability discrimination
  • Reporting and correcting unsafe or unhealthy job conditions
