A Brooklyn appeals court ruled to reinstate DiGiorgio v. 1109-1113 Manhattan Ave Partners, a putative class action, and ordered the case to be heard by a different judge. The ruling was a victory for some 70 low-income tenants who will now have a chance to show that they are lawful tenants under the rent stabilization law.
