Residents of Surf Manor Home for Adults filed a class action lawsuit against the facility to address longstanding violations of their rights, including a perennial bed bug infestation, poor conditions, lack of essential services, and verbal abuse. Mobilization for Justice’s (MFJ) mission is to achieve justice for all. We prioritize the needs of people who are low-income, disenfranchised, or have disabilities as they struggle to overcome the effects of social injustice and systemic racism.
