MFY Legal Services, The Legal Aid Society, and the law firm of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto represent seven elderly residents of the Prospect Park Residence who filed a lawsuit today seeking a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order to prevent the closure of this assisted living residence.
